Cynthia Odachowski, PT
Cynthia (Cindy) Odachowski, PT was a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo in Physical Therapy in 1980. Most of her career has been spent in orthopedic private practice clinics and school based Pediatric PT. She was a founding partner at East Aurora Family Physical Therapy in 2006, where the partners and therapy staff all strive to have one-on-one time with their patients and offer individualized treatments. Cindy has had extensive training and experience with the treatment of lymphedema over the course of 15 years and has certification as a Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner. Cindy also has advanced training and extensive experience in spinal dysfunction, manual therapy techniques, muscle imbalances and vertigo/ vestibular rehabilitation.
David Bosela, PT
David Bosela PT graduated From Daemen University in 2000 and worked in other area clinics in Orthopedics and Pediatrics until 2006 when he became one of the founding partners of East Aurora Family Physical Therapy. The driving factor that pushed David towards owning his own practice was that he wanted to have the time to spend with his patients to make sure that they were getting the care they deserve and the attention they need. David excels in creative and functional Exercise prescription AND hands on Manual Therapy. David believes that almost every patient can benefit from hands on treatment performed by an experienced provider. This approach has proven to have quicker, more effective results then exercise alone.
Along with having a passion for Orthopedic manual therapy of Spine, extremities and jaw (TMJ), David also has advanced training and extensive experience in Parkinson’s and Fall Prevention. He has developed a fall prevention program where patients can challenge their balance and strength, performing functional activities in a safe protected environment.
Laura Terreri, PT, DPT, MPH
Laura graduated from the University at Buffalo with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Masters in Public Health in 2017 and has worked in both private practice orthopedics and acute care oncology at Roswell Park ever since. Laura made partner at East Aurora Family PT in 2024. She has expertise in evaluating and treating disorders of the shoulder, hip, and spine as well as sport-related injuries, however is adept at providing quality care to all orthopedic conditions. Laura has completed specialized training through the Herman and Wallace Institute in Pelvic Floor with additional training in pregnancy and postpartum care and is also a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner. Laura specializes in manual therapy techniques combined with exercise and patient education and is passionate about providing individualized, one-on-one care for all of her patients.
Adriana Reed, PT, DPT
Adriana graduated from Daemen University with her Bachelors in Natural Science in 2021 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. She provides outpatient orthopedic therapy in the clinic and school-based therapy in the Iroquois School district. Adriana enjoys having the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients by working in both the school and clinic setting, and is committed to helping each of her patients achieve their personalized set of goals.
Nancy Pearce, PTA
Nancy graduated from Genesee Community College with her Associate Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2002. She has worked in orthopedic outpatient therapy and school based pediatric therapy ever since. She has completed specialized training through the Herman and Wallace institute in Pelvic Floor with additional training in pregnancy and postpartum care. Nancy’s rapport with patients balanced with her clinical experience is an asset in helping patients achieve their goals.
Stephanie Cassety, LMT
Stephanie has been working in the healing realm of Massage Therapy for the last 5 years. She immersed herself into studies at New York Institute of Massage in 2019, and is currently a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She loves learning different massage modalities, and actively takes courses to continue to deepen her massage knowledge and skill set. Stephanie’s focus in bodywork comes from her intuitive background and includes medical massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and orthopedic massage. Stephanie’s goal is to create a calming connection with her clients and aid them in releasing stress from their muscles and increasing their physical and mental health. She understands the connection between the body, & mind, and intertwines this within her massage therapy work.
Joseph Conroy, DPT
Joseph graduated from Daemen University with his Bachelors in Natural Science in 2019 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. He went on to work throughout the country as a traveling physical therapist at various outpatient orthopedic clinics, sub-acute rehab/skilled nursing settings, and acute care hospital settings. Joseph has a passion for orthopedic care and sports-related injury rehabilitation. Joseph believes that a one-on-one individualized approach, combining manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, is key for patients to achieve their rehab goals.
